Resistencia
The red, white and blue Puerto Rican flag was replaced with black and white colors in July 2016 by a group of artists who originally painted the flag in a public place in Old San Juan. This was not an act of pessimism but a call to Resist.
To RESIST the imposition of a Fiscal Control Board that has taken away what little power we had over our own country...
