TAINO PATTERN

 

We inherited from our Taino ancestors a treasure of design. We can see it in the graphics used on posters, books, and t-shirts. This design was inspired by a pattern on a sacred Zemi doll. The Zemi is part of a collection of Taino objects in a museum in Rome, Italy but was originally found in the Dominican Republic.
